ANTHONY DELPECH – A TRIBUTE – 2017

In February 2019, three-time South African National Champion Jockey, Anthony Delpechwas finally forced by circumstances to retire in his prime. At the height of his illustrious career and on his way to taking the SA National Jockey Championship for the 4th time, in April 2018 Anthony took a really bad fall in the SA Classic which put him through months of ICU & medical procedures. This is his life story & in particular what motivated him at age 48 to have one more crack at the Championship Title – a tribute to one of South Africa's greatest jockeys.
